I will begin with the details. This is your flat lay (rings, shoes, jewelry, perfume, etc.) Also, get pictures of your dress hanging up.
(I recommend putting aside a box with what you would like photographed for the flat lay.) for example, invitation suite, shoes, rings, ring box, bracelets, earrings, necklace, hair pieces, vow book, perfume, etc.)

After we finish up your portraits, we will take photos of the entire bridal party, the groom with the groomsmen, and the bride with the bridesmaids.

The people listed in your family formals list are the people we will be taking photos of during this time.
How I photograph family formals:
I will have a piece of paper with everyone's names listed. I will call their names, place the both of you in one place, have them come snap a photo next to you, and move on to the next family member.
I do it this way so it runs super smoothly for you guys and not have to stress about forgetting who you need a photo with! Less stressful for you the better!! :)
3:45-4:00 PM CEREMONY DETAILS (Cristian shooting)

4:30-5:00 PM CEREMONY (Guests arrive @4:00 pm)
