Soua & Gordon

I recently had the sweetest anniversary session with Soua and Gordon at one of my favorite spots in San Francisco—Baker Beach. If you've ever been there, you know how dreamy it is: wide open sand, crashing waves, and of course, the Golden Gate Bridge standing tall in the background. Add in a glowing sunset and two people completely in love, and you've got magic.

Soua and Gordon were celebrating their first anniversary of marriage (yay!) and wanted to do something special to capture the moment. They showed up with the biggest smiles and the kind of chemistry that makes my job so easy. From the very first photo, you could feel how much they love and genuinely like each other.

We began the session by walking along the shoreline, with the sun just starting to dip toward the horizon. The light was golden and soft—honestly, it was one of those perfect San Francisco evenings where the sky puts on a full show.

One of my favorite parts of this session was how relaxed and real everything felt. Nothing was overly posed or forced—it was just Soua and Gordon being themselves, enjoying the view, the breeze, and each other. That kind of vibe is what makes photos so powerful and personal.
