(I recommend putting aside a box with what you would like photographed for the flat lay.) for example, invitation suite, shoes, rings, ring box, bracelets, earrings, necklace, hair pieces, vow book, perfume, etc.)

I highly recommend that you tell all the men to arrive no later than 11:30 am; Cristian will most likely arrive sooner than the start time to set up and start right at 12:00 pm. Giving an earlier arrival time assures everyone will be there by 12:00 pm.

(Please have all the groomsmen dressed. Joe be fully dressed but leave jacket, bowtie/tie, and watch for photos)

How I photograph family formals:

I will have a piece of paper with everyone's names listed. I will call their names, place the both of you in one place, have them come snap a photo next to you, and move on to the next family member.

I do it this way so it runs super smoothly for you guys and not have to stress about forgetting who you need a photo with! Less stressful for you the better!! :)

3:50-4:15 PM BRIDAL PARTY PORTRAITS (9 mins away)

When we get back to the venue, we will take photos of the entire bridal party, the groom with the groomsmen, and the bride with the bridesmaids.
