THINGS TO KNOW/TAKE PHOTOS OF:
- I take mostly 90% of my images vertically and less of horizontal if you could do the same
- Entire bridal party
- Bride with bridesmaids
- Groom with groomsmen
- Entrances
- First dance
- Parent dances
- & cake cutting (if time allows)
- They have 3 kids (2 girls, 1 boy)
- 70 guests
- Grandmother's picture on my bouquet (snag detail photo of that)
- Just catch the vibe of the day & photographing as many guests as you can, guests/them mingling with everyone
CHURCH:
- His reaction to her coming down the aisle
- There will most likely be 2 guests from the wedding reading a verse from the bible at the altar
- There will be 2 guests who will bring up the wine & bread to the priest
- In the middle of the ceremony, he will announce them being husband & wife; be prepared for a kiss cause it'll happen mid-ceremony + usually again at the end lol
- Also, at some point, people will be going up for communion (receiving bread from the priest); this doesn't need to be photographed, but just so you are aware!
- You can't stand on the stage of a church, but you can in the aisle and along the sides of the church.
FAMILY FORMALS:
I typically have someone from the bridal party (moh/best man) snag these people for me and call their names to stand next to the couple and move on to the next pairing so it goes smoothly for the couple.
